Born - December 1960
Formal Qualifications:
1998 – BVA Majoring in painting at MIT (Manukau Institute of Technology, School of Visual Arts)
1994 – Certificate in Adult Teaching at MIT
1979 – Diploma of Apprenticeship in Photolithography while working for the NZ Herald.

2007 to present day - Owner/tutor of MEGANZ School of Visual Arts.
2007 - 2010 - Arts Coordinator at Sancta Maria College, Botany, Auckland. Part time position.
1999 - 2006 - Exhibition designer/coordinator at 'Te Tuhi Centre for the Arts' (then known as 'The Fisher Gallery')
2000 – 2003 – Joined with 13 graduate artists to create ‘Cite’ gallery and studios in Ponsonby, Auckland

2005 - Artist Protest Anti Sedition Laws Exhibition at the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre, Casula NSW, Australia.
Title of work – ‘Backpack: the world held to ransom’
2004 – Solo Exhibition: ‘Invitation to Thought’. Te Tuhi – The Mark, Cameo Project
2002 – Merit Award in NCC Art Awards. Title of work – Arte Provera.
2002 - A shared Exhibition at 'Cite' (an artists run space) with Jane Thorne, friend and fellow artist.
2000 & 2001 Works in the 100x100x100 exhibitions at the McPherson Gallery
2000 – Group exhibition at the Monterey Art Gallery, Howick
2000 – A shared exhibition with a fellow art school graduates, exhibiting at ‘Cite’. Our artists run studios and gallery.
